Enable Web applications integrated with Cisco Jabber voice and video to use the Cisco Web Communicator add-on. Remove any Cisco Jabber related software from control panel add/remove programs before you use Cisco Web Communicator Add-On. Also, you have to disable the signing check in Firefox about:config, in order to make it function properly.
